Broker Associate

Real estate may be Leah Cowley’s career, but it feels more like a passionate hobby to her. She loves being out in the Bay Area with her clients, strongly negotiating on their behalf for the best deal possible, and succeeding in finding them their dream home.

Originally from the small beach town of Cayucos in San Luis Obispo County, Leah has always loved the Bay Area and moved here in 2018. Before becoming an agent, she had worked as an EMT for many years, where she handled stressful situations on a daily basis. When a fellow EMT and aspiring agent encouraged her to obtain her real estate license, Leah agreed and fell in love with the industry. She then launched her career at a well-known boutique brokerage and learned from the best in the business.

With her prior EMT experience and calm, cool demeanor, Leah effortlessly transitioned into real estate and has made her mark on it with her customer service know-how, patience, and respect. She also constantly educates herself on the latest market conditions, trends, and laws to ensure that her clients have the prime advantage. Committed to meeting her clients’ needs, Leah always makes herself available and works with 110% effort.

In her spare time, Leah loves to paint with acrylics and get involved in her community. She has been a board member for many nonprofits, including Kiwanis, Morro Bay 4th of July Fireworks, and Cayucos Lioness Club.
